Cashew Sauce

This cashew sauce is so good!


  • 2 cup cashews, soaked  (I soaked mine for only 2 hours and it was fine)
  • 1 cup water
  • 4teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender/food processor and puree until smooth. Add more water 1 tablespoon at a time if you need to in order to reach desired consistency.

NOTE: The original recipe was only half of these ingredients but I doubled it for more taste, and I didn’t need anymore water. I was so delicious!
