Garlic Penne Pasta

I made this today and it is SO good!  Total Calories: 699


  • 4 ounces of Organic Penne Pasta
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 Campari tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of avocado oil (or more/less)
  • salt (sprinkle as desired)


  1. Boil salted water and put in pasta (as directed on package) Usually takes 10-15 minutes until done
  2. When the pasta is almost done, put oil and garlic in pan and cook on medium-low until the garlic is a little brown.
  3. After draining pasta put pasta back in pot and pour in the oil and garlic and mix and serve with tomatoes over it. Salt as desired.
