  • 12 ounces of Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Drk. Brown Sugar (MonkFruit Sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 scant teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of Ground Clove
  • 2 pinches of Allspice
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice

For the sugar I would use MonkFruit sugar, it is a sweetner just like sugar, you can’t tell the difference. I like the brand Lakanto (brown and white). Zero Calories, Zero Glycemic, Non GMO, Zero Additives, Vegan, Gluten Free and Zero after taste. 1:1 Sugar replacement.

Directions: Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Store in airtight container or canning jar overnight for the flavors to develop. Use for where ever ketchup is called for and enjoy!
